- Would result in 成人快播 violating its corporate charter;
- Would result in 成人快播 losing its status as an IRS 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization;
- Are too difficult or too expensive to administer in relation to their value;
- Would result in any unacceptable consequences for 成人快播; or
- Are for purposes outside 成人快播鈥� mission.聽
Donations and other forms of support will generally be accepted from individuals, partnerships, corporations, foundations, government agencies, or other entities subject to the considerations above.
Gifts requiring review include:
- Gifts of securities that are subject to restrictions or buy-sell agreements.
- Documents naming 成人快播 as trustee or requiring 成人快播 to act in any fiduciary capacity.

- Transactions with potential conflicts of interest.
