At 成人快播, we are committed to supporting students to reach their full potential in all aspects of their growth and development, including supporting mental well-being.
The counselling service is a free and confidential service available to students for their personal support needs, including concerns relating to friendships, mental health, family issues, identity, risk-taking behaviours, or any issue that is causing concern. School counselling takes a solutions-focused approach, aiming to equip students with practical tools and strategies to better cope with challenges. Participation is always voluntary and confidential, and all counsellors at 成人快播 are employed directly by the College.
To get started, we encourage students and parents to first speak with their Pastoral Care Coordinator before booking an initial appointment. Students can make an initial appointment through their Year Coordinator or, if they are 14 years of age or older, contact us directly by emailing This email address is being protected from spambots. Other resources
Certain aspects of school can be stressful, and it is not unusual to feel nervous or anxious at times. The Student Wellness page on Canvas is a valuable resource for students, featuring regular updates, an extensive range of resources, and practical tips on topics such as starting the term strongly and managing the pressures of assessment.
